I had approached to HDFC Ltd. for the home loan and got sanctioned the amount as per my expectation File no is 608275069, for which HDFC Ltd charged 11236/- as their fee for the loan disbursement. But due to some reason I have cancel the home loan & haven’t take any disbursement. Now I ask HDFC ltd to return the fee as I have not taken any disbursement (They can take the amount which require as processing fee for sanctioning the amount)but the bank is not ready to refund the amount. Please help me in this matter.
