my wife is receiving threat sms for non payment of bill worth Rs 336.00 She has paid all the bills and has terminated the connection in January 2013. She has an email from Reliance confirming the disconnection of services. I don’t understand why is she receiving sms from reliance saying “After repeated followup, you have failed to pay Rs336 Vide BAN-xxx544, hence be present at Pune Court on 22nd. Call 9021633228 for queries”.

Stop such ridiculous sms from being sent. Also they are still sending monthly bills, I don’t know on what basis. Immediate termination of such unwanted bills and text messages.
