I have purchased a Samsung ml-1666 printer with an offer of 1+2 years extended warranty , i have registered my printer for extended warranty i have received the conformation form company side that your printer is successfully registered for extended offer but after two years when i am facing the problem in it the customer care told me that your printer is not reg. for extended warranty although i have a proof of extended warranty certificate and the email i received from the company

i want a my printer to be repaired completely with new toner.
