Sir/Ma’am I am user of MTNL gaurda CDMA service. I am facing too many issue of network problem with Garuda Service from last 4-5 months. I recharge with Garuda Vidyarthi plan of rs 222 in return i get rs 150 talktime and 30 days validity. But it only work 15-20/ month rest of days there is a network problem the phone get dead not even able to dial or receive call. After complaining to the mtnl customer care @ 1502 they just force me by saying shift to GSM as CDMA network will be closed. And i just want to know how the network can be stopped untill and unless they will not provide public notice in the newspaper and even i have not received any msg from MTNL. And if i shift to GSM my no. will be changed which is the biggest problem for me. Plz help me out.

just want CDMA network star work as it was earlier or if its not possible than take my CDMA phone and exchange it to GSM phone
