Dear Sir I am a preferred customer of HDFC Bank Ltd. Karnal(Haryana) branch. I had invested Rs. 60000 in 2 policies(policy no. 13545056 & 13626429) in 2010 in good faith of the relationship manager of HDFC BANK Mr. Shiraz malik. He told me that this was a single premium plan and I had to pay only once. I again recieved a letter from HDFC SLIC that I need to pay the installments again, in response to which i registered a complaint to Mr.Aditya Puri to cancel the policy. Its been 3 years and I am continuously trying to retreive my funds back but there is no positive response from their side and recently they have even stopped replying to my mails. I am enclosing my dated conversation with HDFC Bank below.I would feel highly obliged if you look into the matter.

i want the whole amount to be refunded with interest.
