From last 2 months I am following up with HDFC Bank but failed to get my problem resolved moreover at each and every time when I make a mail to the customer care they provide a new complaint number and a new person made contact to me. The issue is that I have using more than 15000/- in year than why annual fee of Rs 226/- has been charged by company.

Please refund me the amount charged and also provide the clarification for the same.
