I had taken a no. (9595601905) from reliance network a few months ago, just as to get a good network compared to my previous network (uninor). Though I was proved wrong later. Now I am facing lots of problem regarding deduction of money from Reliance network unnecessarily from my account (like VAS Downloads, sms packs, even after repeated deactivation). I don’t know why reliance just stealing money from customer’s pocket. Since the day, I have taken the sim from one of their store in Nagpur (where I currently stay), I didn’t activated any service of VAS programs nor even I gave any permission to the customer care people and not even at the time of fill-upping (mostly the forms are filled up by store representatives) forms while issuing sim. My account getting repeatedly deducted even after complaining. They are just unnecessarily deducting money and harassing people. I hope any higher authority personnel reading this would think about it and also request TRAI to take action on these cases as deduction of money is a very pathetic factor for a customer. In more this type of networks should be banned.
