This is really unfortunate to inform you that in the shadow of a big Hospital namely Sant Parmanand Hospital situated at Rajpur Road, Civil Lines, Delhi-110054 a shop keeper running a business and provide photocopies of original documents against payment. However he is abusing of dominant position being running a shop in the Hospital premises since he used to charges 2 INR (Rupees Two only) for one page to done a photo copy. This is highly abuse of dominant position being running a shop in the Hospital and being single photostat shopkeeper in the premises. Though it’s a small issue but such small issues are a big problem for India. Therefore I humbly request you or any other body who may take strong action against such wrongful, unjustified, unreasonable, consumer biased amount charge by the shop keeper from the consumer which should be counted as highly unfair trade practice in the eyes of land of the law. In the interest of justice and in the interest of consumer, seeking redressal of this illegal practice running in the capital of India. Regards Kamal Anand

I want that shopkeeper should not charge an unjustified/illegal amount form any of the consumer. I should be paid a compensation for mental and physical harassment. My rest amount should be return to me from the total amount paid to the shopkeeper.
