My residential address had been accessed and my all account details of HDFC bank had been provided to outside person . My customer id is 41291128. My account details are been accessed by employee of HDFC bank named VIJAY PATIL working at HDFC bank Shop No 3, Pal Residency, Plot No 358 Bhandarkar Road Opposite Ram Temple, Matunga Central Mumbai-400019 Maharashtra India. The details of address are been provided to mr anil singh employee at deutches bank who is person blackmailing me for money and good friend of VIJAY PATIL . HDFC bank denied such access however the person anil singh himself confessed that he got details from VIJAY patil through my bank account and he knows my all financials anytime and I have audio recordings of same. Still manager at branch denied the same and refused to check IP address to verify the account had been accessed from vijay patil’s desktop.

I want complete enquiry on matter and such employees should be punished in strong manner with harsh punishments . These are threats to bank growth. I want IP address records of all points from where my bank account has been accessed since past 18 months. I need this report in writing or email .
