I have applied for purchasing for plot loan through Hdfc bank, my account no_612533xxx. it is a resale plot, and dtcp approved plot,initially i showed all the document to bank persons, he says you will submit all the document ,after a weak i got loan approval for rs756000/. but after a month the loan amount was not given , they telling different reasons. because i have made the 30 days purchase agreement, for 2 lacks, now they denied the loan ammount, so i have heavy loose. kindly help me regards ramesh.r
loan process require 30% advance payment ( rs 200000- two lacks) i pay the ammount, they denied the remaining loan ammount
