(In dispration I have to give 4 nos. x Rs.30,000 PDC to bankers ) Banker name and address Pratik Guha Unsecured Recovery 2nd floor Express Building, ITO Bahadur shah zafar marg, New Delhi -2 (ph. 011-30161671, mob. 09310175xxx) My name is KAMAL GUPTA , I had got personal loan from HDFC Bank Dt: 28-01-2008. Amount (Rs. 200,000/-). I have paid 25 EMI amount ( Rs. 7230/-) and I had invested loan amount in car rent company (SHREE OM SAI NATH CAR ON RENT LTD.) The car on rent company was backlisted, So I had biggest loss. Now I am in private company and my Salary is (RS. 13,500/-) and my family depend on me. So I could not pay loan amount after 25 EMI (pending EMI 11). 1. Paid ESI 25 x 7230 = 1,80,750.00 2. Paid Cash = 1880.00 (Recovery agency’s agent ) dt. 31/07/2010 3.
