ShopClues.com – Wrong goods delivered merchant refusing replace

I ordered a pair of shoes from Shop clues and they delivered one size bigger on 13th May 2014. I was not allowed to check the shoes and size before making the payment. 1. Within 1 hour of receipt of goods, I informed shop clues about the issue and sent the picture of the shoes and the box and asked them to replace it 2. When I raised this complaint the customer service officer Roshni and Subhendu from Shop clues also checked their website and product description and they couldn’t find any description / note on which size are shoes referring to (US/UK/Europe) 3. I took a look again on their website on 15th May 2014 and taken screenshots of the page and sent it to them telling that i can’t find any mention of which type of shoe size it is. 4. On their website, They have a photo of the shoe on the box which mentions the size outside the box. In my case this size should have been 9..but they delivered 10 and crossed over the size by a pen.

As an easy relief for everybody, I would like either of the following: 1. Correct shoes delivered to me 2. Full refund including your fees
