Sachin Tiwari have saving account (Account no. 00721150048850 )in vasco branch of HDFC Bank Ltd. I have taken one loan (Loan No. 19588267)from above bank on sep 11.I was payed all due EMI on due date without any failure till month of July.Due to some personal problem my August EMI was bounced on Due date of 07 August 13.But on 13 August I have visted HDFC Bank car loan branch in sector 18 Noida and given cheque (Cheque No.371766)of SBI Bank ()amount of RS 9338 (De EMI 8853 + Late & Charge FEE 450),but still HDFC Bank has debited RS 2922.22 from my Saving ACCOunt NO.00721150048850 on 13 August without any information and notice.I have tried to file complain,but they keeping me in spin only.

I just want three things:- 1.Refund my above said amount (Rs 2922.22)immidiately in my account. 2.HDFC Bank should give me apologisation letter for thier mistake. 3.Refund financial Loss of Rs 5 Lakh
