am Talari Ganesh from Guntakal, Andhra Pradesh. I had placed an online order for one LG TV at website Kaunsa.com on 22 Jul 2013 (ORDER NO. KA/138434/WMPI8C8S dated 22 Jun 13). The paid amount is Rs 14969/ through online transaction. The said product is not delivered to me till to date. I had approached the customer support of kaunsa.com on company email and phone. Customer Care representative had informed me that the seller of the product is not able to deliver the booked product and conveyed inability to complete the online order. I had requested kaunsa.com to refund the paid amount as per company policy (which says amount would be refunded to source if they not in a condition to deliver the booked item to the customer). I had followed up the issue through e-mail several times and no positive reply received till to date regarding the refund.
