Airtel Digital TV – No response from service department

Our set top box was not working so it was replaced by the company. The new piece also stopped working after 2 days so another complaint was lodged. This is looked into after 5 days of calling. Now it is 2 days since the new piece has been installed but it is not working as it has not been configured with the view card. The call center of the company has no answer to our complaint and the service engineer is not taking our call.

Immediate resolution of the problem as it is now 15 days since the complaint was lodged.
