Sir I had purchased Philips 14 “TV in Nov’2012 in J&K state. After 2 months it stopped working. After repeated complaint philips person came and told that its picture tube is to be replaced.but he didn’t replace it even after repeated conversation to him. Later I got transferred to faridabad.I again complaint to philips company. A person came from service centre and told again that picture tube to be replaced when available. Despite repeated complaint to Philips,company not showing interest to replace the picture tube and it is almost 7 months since TV stopped working . Kindly do something to get my TV rectified?
