My name is Bipin. My salary account in HDFC bank account 13851XXXX0629 which is currently hold because of credit card payment dues since three years. I have already applied for personal loan amount 50000/- on base our salary account. When bank provide loan amount in my salary account then after 5 days hold my loan amount and transfer to another without any information. Again after one month bank hold my 2500/- amount from my salary account. hdfc branch okhla

This is inform you that more that one time I was running just a month behind and i started getting calls(8802038274) from collection officials day in and day out who were very rude, unprofessional and it seemed if you are talking to illiterate people. I explained them the situation but these guys were not ready to listen. They then started calling my family members, friends. They called up my parents and told them “non bailable warrants have been issued against your son” and “he will be arrested” .They even told my parents that “you people are also involved with him in taking loan from the bank and must have distributed the money among yourself”. I mean, how much can you degrade yourself to get money out of a person who already is suffering…they told my mother “you are a pathetic mother”. My question to HDFC bank is Do they really train their officials about the RBI and Supreme court guidelines against personal loan and credit card money recovery? Just for their kind information. I have already discussed with bank but they are not provide proper detail about all loan information that are use by me. After discussed with bank they provide me settlement latter for recover money and more that one time they call me for recover money.
