REVISED COMPLAIN (OLD coomplain no.60259/1/2013 dt.17.07.2013) Dear sir In the above complain, I have missed to give credit card details. Credit card details is given below:- Credit card No.4893 7700 0011 1070 name- SIDDHARTH SHANKAR Address: GS-205, Excel Apartment 180 G.T Road, Sahibabad The complain vide complain no.60259/1/2013 is given below:- HDFC bank has approached a credit card with no annual fee for lifetime. (Acknowledge of credit card application is laying with me.) The executive has written “No annual fees for lifetime” on the acknowledge. I have got a bill of Rs. 1122.48 as annual fee (bill date 05.03.2013). After that I taught to customer care executive over phone. They have advise to spend Rs. 15000/- within 90 days. I have also written mail to customer care. They have also advise to spent Rs.15000/- within 90 days. I started using credit card to get reversal & spent Rs.34460/- within 90 days (Time given by customer care executive over phone). After completion of spent limit Rs.15000, I tought to customer care executive and they said that I have qualified the min. requirement and reversal will be given after 90 days. After 90 days, I called on 01161606161. They confirmed reversal and asured that I will get reversal within 72 hours. (Req. No.13158624771 dt.07.06.2013) On 18.06.2013 I once again called on the above no. They said, previous reversal request is pending” and forwarded another request to the concern department. (req. no.13169268456 dt.18.06.2013) On 06.07.2013 when I called, they have given the same answer “You have qualified the reversal & you will get the reversal within 48-72 hrs.” and given req. no. 13187011840 dt. 06.07.2013. I have also written email to customer care executive many times (details of all correspondence are laying with me). Now from 2nd week of July 2007, they are refusing to reverse the annual fee. Kindly do needful.
