My truck was insured form sriram general insurance company from 02/02/12 to 01/02/13 under policy number 10004/31/12/039236 with an IDV of INR500000. My truck with registration number MP06E5376 met to an accident with a Xylo near bela ki babri, Gwalior, the case was offered to surveyor Smiriti Sharma who assessed the loss of rupee 31630 after deducting the depreciation and all deductibles but when company offered the cheque to us then there was a variation of rupee 10359 from the amount sanctioned after assessment.

The main consequence was that we got the less amount from the actual amount and which caused a economic Loss to us. The amount of rebuilding of truck was too high which was assessed less and the amount they approved was also less by rupee 10359.

We want that company should pay us the difference amount along with a penalty amount of rupee 100000/ as they have taunted and harassed us mentally so that in future they would not do the same with other customers
