I am a 4 year old customer of HDFC bank ltd.My a/c no is 00391140060283.I applied for a credit card via acknowledgement no.210123107232013214158..After that one girl called me from mobile no 8237009277.Than as per her instructions I went to their credit card office at Giga Space,Viman Nagar,Pune & submitted all the required documents such as passport etc. to a man called balasaheb mane bearing phone no 9922008380.He told me he has lost my document & thats why i again emailed them to his emailid bmane144@gmail.com.After that they harrased me for one month stating that its in process,concerned person on leave etc.I lodged a grievance at their site and they told my application has been processed via ref no 13042218067370W2..Suddenly after 2 months of cat & mouse game they are telling I do not match their criteria but not giving valid reason for that.I am their 4 years old customer & has done lakhs of transaction through their bank.Now i think those two employees have done some mistake as I talked to them rudely and the bank is trying to protect their mistake through lame excuses.Kindly help me to get my card or defamation for the harassment for last two months or so….Kindly help

The mental harassment that i went through.Otherwise I could have applied for another bank.Thay even called me & told it is done.
