Hi Team, To inform you that i have lost my primary card (Akhilesh). I trying to contact to Customer Care to block the card but due to more than 5 times i couldn’t able to connect them. All are busy and stay on line. So requesting you to please my primary card of HDFC. Secondary (Adhoc) card i have and using it. Please block if any transaction will be made from my primary card. Also need to reduce my credit limit from lakh to Thousand. Would be good if near to my due amount. Else please contact me. Because i am not sure via IVR i can able to contact any HDFC customer care.
