Dear sir, i am chanda pidke I am user of a credit card hdfc bank my card no. is 434678600278XXXX . Sir i am a complete payment of my card after waiver of 1800 of is 98000 on 10 MAY 2014. Sir, Before 3 days prior i call hdfc bank customer care the person said that your complete till date payment is rs. 97226 rs. I pay 98000 rs. but on 16 may i have a bill of 2842.88 i am shocked when it was came. i immediate call to call center and register the complain But Today i have a call of a executive he she says it is a mistake i am waived 700 rs. only if you want to say me otherwise thank you. please help me i am not able to resolve and please waived all fake charges.
