Hello I have made the payment to Gate 2015 IIT kanpur through my HDFC Bank Credit Card 2 times but both transaction has been failed(unsuccessful). message has been shown that amonut will be refund. But only one amount has been returned. I have called to HDFC credit card department they are telling me that IIT kanpur has been charged from them and one transaction has been successful and amount has been credited in IIT Kanpur bank account. Till I have complained to HDFC many time they are telling me that give me some proof that Kanpur IIT has not been received the payment, I have tried to call to IIT kanpur but they don’t pick my phone.

HDFC Bank is telling me: “We observe from our records that there are two transactions processed on your card account. Further, we wish to confirm you that the said transactions have been successfully processed to your card account basis the instructions received from the merchant and details of the transactions are as follows and credit received by the merchant for one transaction: Settlement Date Authorization code ARN 17-Oct-2014 054756 74056634288428700113459 17-Oct-2014 064811 74056634288428700117724 Hence, we request you to advise the merchant with above details for the payment status and request you to obtain any confirmation from the merchant validating that other one of the above charge was unsuccessful and not received by them to enable us investigate further with the concerned member bank for resolution.
