HDFC Credit Card Poor Authentication Services

I am trying to Purchase a Book on and I opted to pay Using HDFC Bank Platinum Credit Card. After having enetered all the details I was directed to the MasterCard SecureCode Password Page. I entered the Password but I’m still getting the error as shown below. The transaction failed twice


I called HDFC Bank cards Team and they have a standard ready Answer – “Everything is Fine in your Account Sir” without even looking into what the problem is. If you ask for something like what are the transactions in pipeline they have a ready answer for that as well – Our Systems are Slow, Kindly wait or call back after sometime. When will your F**ing systems ever work fine ?

But I had to get the transaction Done. So I created a NetSafe Virtual Card and with that without any problem I could complete the entire process.
