HDFC Credit Cards Collection Harrasment

Re-raising complaint, in earlier complaint inplace of brand/dealer details, my details updated in error. Me and my family harassed by HDFC collection agents (from ESSARR SOLUTION agency)for defaulting Rs. 3,00,000 inspite of NEVER having HDFC credit card/never taking loan, which is a clear violation of RBI guidelines. Inspite of repeated complaints and requests I have till date neither received a valid explanation nor an apology from HDFC. Collection agency fraudulently obtained my details and sent collection agents to my doorstep to harass me and my family in front of whole neighborhood. Collection agents neither had credentials nor proof for their claim of me having defaulted Rs. 3,00,000. On my personal visit to the bank the recovery manager ACCEPTED SENDING COLLECTION AGENTS TO MY HOME and still kept on falsely accusing me of being defaulter. I have written to all other sources but have got no solution so far. I have also given the details to the nearest police station. I request you to please take strict actions against HDFC and their collection agency.

For no fault of ours, me and my family had to suffer humiliation in front of the neighborhood and mental agony due to mis-behaviour, verbal abuse and false accusation by HDFC collection agents.

Me and my family were harassed in front of whole neighborhood, falsely accused for having defaulted Rs. 3,00,000. This not only caused me and my family lot of embarassment but also inconvenience to a senior citizen patient at home. The mental agony experienced by me and my family cannot be described in words. I therefore demand relief for Rs. 10,00,000 from HDFC for not only falsely accusing us but also for covering up the fact, not apologizing and for not having provided an explanation till date, for their mis-behaviour. Also suggest me if there is any legal remedy in this matter.
