I initiated a request for new Debit Card on 22nd Oct at Sec 22, Dwarka Branch as I lost my card in the ATM machine situated on Noida City Center Metro Station due to power failure (it is completely bank’s fault) Following are the follow up request numbers: 1. Delc1113008944 2. HBL=022-161-562 3. HBL=022-213-783 4. HBL=022-316-258 I checked with the bank and shockingly they still dont have the card ready
I am not able to withdraw money as they dont entertain withdrawal slips, every time they want me to fill a cheque and withdraw it from the branch or I have to visit the home branch which is located in Gurgaon.
Quick Card delivery and Strict action and penalty for such service standards. I cant close the account as this is the only bank my employer have for salary transfers.
