I am vidhya my father purchased orbitrek on 1 mar 2013 and there is a repair and we are calling for more than 3 months no service. It is lying n the house for more than 3 month and telephone charges are coming more due to calling them.
They have to make it good and usable or it should be replaced with new one immediately. This is not what I expected from a reputed fitness equipment company like ORBITREK.
Hope my issue will now be resolved.
