Indane gas – inordinate delay in refill and delay in complaint attendance

have lodged complaints in the Indane gas feedback system for non home delivery, inordinate delay in refill and delay in complaint attendance. The complaint numbers are 130308 on 01/12/2013, 1135342 on 05/12/2013, 1139202 on 08/12/2013. All my complaints have been closed with a standard reply that “we have advised the distributor ( 9845898428 / 9480436383) to look into the subject complaint and do the needful”. Still the problem has not been resolved.

(1) Update the indane local branch website with mobile number of consumer care executive. (2) Procedure, email id and phone number for complaint escalation when problem is not resolved or not to the satisfaction of consumer (3) Publishing minimum time required to home deliver the cylinder and (4)Compensation to the consumer on per day basis till the cylinder is delivered (beyond a period indicated).
