HDFC Ergo General Insurance Claim Not Settled

Dear sir, This is further to my complaint against HDFC Ergo general insurance company regarding repudiation of my claim. I would be obliged if you could intervene the matter to get the claim as well as to get the clarification / replies to my below mentioned queries because in future no innocent customers should not be cheated:- 1. Why HDFC ERGO have not informed the customer about the policy, benefits and why not obtained the consent from the customer?? Why a copy of benefit details not provided to the customer???

2. Why the period of insurance is for the period of load period only???? i.e this insurance was for the safety of the loan amount and not for the benefit of customer.
3. Why the copy of my application is not provided to me as I have not applied for any insurance. The form was not filled by me infact the loan documents in blank got signed from me and they themselves filled up the forms and put the tick marks wherever necessary themselves. I have not issued any cheque or cash payment for the premium but in fact the premium has been added by them from the loan amount and issued the policy for the period of loan tenure to save the bank’s loan amount from the customers premium amount.???

4. Why the insurance policy delayed for more than 3 months i.e 2.2.2013 whereas my application for loan was in second week of october,2012 and car delivered to me on 31.10.2012?????

5. Initially Bank stated that the insurance is an offer, after that thy said it is an insurance against motor loan, if it was the intension not to make the claim of any customer why charged the premium from the customer???

6. I received the copy of loan application and I challenge that the handwriting of the form is not mine and has been filled up by you. Secondly the columns of the sarv suraksha policy on first page last column is lying blank and the signature is for the entire form of page No.1 and not for the sarv suraksha clauses which is lying blank and the copy of cheque attached by HDFC is for EMI payment not for the insurance premium. Infact the premium amount has been deducted from the loan disbursement amount I once again request you to kindly intervene the matter and direct the insurance company to settle and release the claim without any delay to avoid any un-pleasant actions as it was a cheating to the customer. The ban repudiated a small genuine claim and how customer can believe on them for a major claim???? Please refer my letter dated. 24.5.2013 sent to you earlier which confirms that the bank and the insurance branch is not following the norms and policy and have some tie ups and connections with some other companies.
