Have been a paid member with Shaadi.com for a long time. Membership id SH921XX945. Recently came to know about their extreme ignorance about customer’s profiles being shown on their website.I have stated in my profile that I am a vegetarian, non smoker and non drinker. Inspite of this my profile is being listed under category of occasional drinkers. This has seriously impacted my image and is a betrayal of trust we had on the company.As per the executive this is due to design of company’s system.

Have received calls of people who are looking for girls who drink as their partners. Have found this very humiliating experience. Have spent lot of money and time searching for suitable match on the portal which in turn is totally ignorant of the impact of such blunders. I demand Refund of total money spent that is Rs. 24,000 and an amount of Rs. 1 Lakh as compensation.
