HDFC Insurance – falls sell policy

1. I purchased a policy from HDFC (No. 14987243) through an Agent, Mr. Joydip Nandi (Ph.: 7890020671) in March 2012 and paid a premium of Rs. 60000/- by cheque along with the application form as signed by me (attached pdf as ANNEXURE-I). 2. On receipt of policy by post, I found the application form as sent along with the policy in not filled up by my hand and my professional inputs were wrong and my signature was copied. (attached pdf as ANNEXURE-II). 3. I immediately informed the same to HDFC and the same They agreed the same and the Agent again come to me and told me to apply for a fresh set of form and I did so in my own hand totally. 4. I immediately requested HDFC to cancel this policy and refund me my premium amount of Rs. 60000/- immediately. They denied to accept my apply and disagree to term it as “MIS-SALE”. (attached pdf as ANNEXURE-IV). 5. Insurance Ombudsman is also become unable to help me in this matter.

I want to get my premium amount Rs. 60000/- back including RD account interest till date.
