Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an employee of ICICI Bank- Wealth, Kolkata. Previously I did my internship in HDFC Life (Gariahat, Kolkata) where I appeared for the IRDA Exam and got an agent code. Following are my details:
1. URN is HDFI12303130024
2. Licence No. is 9400500
3. AGENT ID is WBU130413LIHDFHDF010

I have already obtained an NOC from HDFC Life, However in ICICI bank individual agent licence is not transferred and I have been asked to get the licence termination done from my previous employer. I have contacted HDFC Life many times but they said that they do not know the procedure of licence cancellation. Now, I do not know where to go. Please help.
