HDFC bank representative ( not any agent) had opened 06nos policies in our name by misguiding us saying that, it is a saving assurance plan with more benifit. We have put ourself on their trap & thay have forced us to invest minimum three years. Even after investment now they have declared my policies are paid up. After seven years they have send a cheque against one policy saying that your policy become paid up & an amount of Rs 87400.00 is returned against my invested amount of Rs. 138500.00. I have not accepted the cheque. In this way now HDFC LIFE is trying to syphoned almost Rs 3.00lakhs from my invested amount of Rs6.00lakhs. Pls. advice me how to represent my case in appropriate forum.
