Receipt No : X0134607 Client ID : 61592990 Date : 06/06/2013, MD HAFIZUR RAHAMAN, Sir, I purchased above mentioned policy on 06.06.13 in online mode. After 1 month when I asked for the documents which supposed to send within 1 month, they made all the wrong entry i.e my name, address, pin code, e-mail id, tele phone No. etc. They asked me to come their head office in Mumbai and make them correct. When I complained again on 16 July 13 (1607135815828)They promised me to correct all the entry which were their fault. Now they asked me to collect the same from nearest branch, Burdwan, West Bengal and when I come to collect the documents, they did not correct at all.I have the all forms which were filled up during purchasing the policy which are correct. Now the Burdwan Branch also not cooperating with the matter. They directly refused to take any complain. I want to surrender that policy but they are not cooperating. Please help.
