This is my 6th complaint regarding the same topic. They are charging me for whatsapp pack 16rs. Again they have renewed my account on 20/7/13 and again charged 16rs. i called them nd asked them to stop all value added services about 3 weeks back. they told me to do it from IVR service. i did that and i was told that all d value added services r stopped. but on 20/7/13 they renewed my whatsapp pack nd charged 16rs again. also u can refer to complaint 56897/4/2013 in which i told about the same matter. also my above complaint is till now not resolved and this issue again surfaced

in the complaint:56897/4/2013, i claimed for 150 rs which was unfairly deducted from my account. this is not yet addressed. now 16rs again has been deducted. this total sums upto 166rs in all. i want my all money back.

i want all my above described balance of rs 166 which was unfairly deducted. also i m making complaints from past 3-4 months regularly and they are not taking measures to rectify this.
