I have done the fund switch on 9th of Dec to the opportunity fund formy policy No 13943868 which was not done due to technical fault.I logged a call 001-718-187 with hdfc life but this is not resolved.They have done the fund switch on 23rd Dec for my request W1412090001814 dated 9th Dec when the fund value was too high which caused me the loss and I again have to transfer this fund to short term fund.It caused me a loss of almost 7000 Rs.I visited branch,called customer care several times but haven’t received any positive response.I also mailed grievance and customer care but they are not replying.Now I am in fix whom to contact to resolve this.I feel like cheated.I request you to look into this matter.

I want you to take the proper action against HDFC Life and return my loss of Rs 8000 because of this technical issue.They also told that I will be getting the back dated fund value that didn’t happened till now.
