I applied for cancellation of Policy From HdfC Life policy No. 13537556 on 28/03/2014 and since then I haven’t received my refund amount of Rs. 12000 . According to IRDA guidelines if we cancel the policy within look in period then refund amount is received within 10 days of cancellation. Inspite of constant follow ups by at customer care number I did not find any resolution then I lodged a complaint on 05/05/2014 ,Complain No is 01000000270689 which Is handled by Mr. Pratik More but still haven’t received any resolution of my complain except the letter dated 06 may 2014 as acknowledgement of My Complaint saying we will reply you with a resolution within 14 days and that 14 days has also passed but still no resolution.I am in urgent need of Money and I am suffering a great loss due to it.

I am suffering Loss of Interest on my refund amount.Kindly see to it that it is refunded along with interest and compensation and also I was in some urgent need of money due to which I cancelled the policy and I had suffered a great loss due it.

I want them to compensate me with the loss which I have suffered due to non refund of money in time. Amount of relief I want is atleast 25000/-
