I had the misfortune of opting for a policy from you a few months back. I had sent a courier returning the policy and a letter stating the reasons for cancelling the same within the grace period where cancellation is allowed. There has not even been an acknowledgement despite IRDA guidelines which prescribes 3 days for the same and 15 days for the cancellation to happen.
