I have registered my son Ravish.B.S for HDFC Meritus Scholarship, he has cleared I round as per their mail. Later I have received 3 mails on 16th, 17th and 18th April for taking the II round test. When we have attempted to take test on 17th, 19th and 21st April through registered telephone number. We are receiving the message to take the test afterwards and also some unnecessary messages and some advertisements are received during the call. This is complete violation of some trust we had about professionalism of HDFC. This is my second complaint earlier in I round also I have faced the problem of receving advertisement during taking I round exams. I had complained to them about that and received an unsatisfactory answer after many days. As every call is charged at Rs.5/ minute, it is gives an indication that HDFC has designed a system to exploit and make money.This is for the information of the public.
