Hi Team, Would like to inform you that I was holding a salary account of HDFC Bank since 2009. Post which; I also received the credit card of the same bank and was using/maintaining properly till this Feb of this year but unfortunately I caught up with Typhoid and then continued with Jaundice due to which I had to quit my Job and went to my home town for complete bed rest. After that I could not pay the minimum amount dues of the total expense amount… Now, repeatedly I was getting call to pay the dues wherein I stated them for Settlement but they are asking a huge amount to pay which is not possible to pay as of now due to my current low salary wages. Also, I requested them for installments options to pay so that I can pay the whole amount and clear all my dues to close the same. But, from last couple of days, one recovery agent named Mr. Joseph (+91-8467907701) calling and threatening on call along with abusive language which are legally and ethically against the Human Rights and Indian Penal Code. I would request you to kindly advice on the same or kindly let me where should I complaint related to this to get rid. Also, post which I can pay my dues peacefully. Please help me in this matter. Also, I am planning to file a Criminal complaint against HDFC Credit card for making my life hell for last 6 days. Regards, Kumar
