I am father of ashish varghese, policy holder of HDFCSL 14862770. Due to mistake in original policy document, the original policy was handed over to Mr Vivek Shrivastava HDFCSL agent. He kept the same with him for a long time and asked me for waiting the necessarry correction letter. but nothing was happend. Again the original document alongwith a letter was handed over to him on 17.07.12 . According to him, the original document was submitted in head office. Since then I am visiting the HDFCSL office Bhopal , but they are not in a position to give me satisfactory reports.

On 01.10.2012, Mr. Sanchay Jain of HDFC, informed me that the case is now with Mr Gokul Krishnan (ph 044 66111007), but on one is available in the said phone. Kindly, arrange to locate the original policy document and return the same after correction in policy term as five years.
