Health Total – Transfer of Weeks

Dear Sir/Madam I took general health plan for six months on 20/1/2018 from Lajpat Nagar Centre and paid Rs. 16200/-. But in spite following the instructions and consuming the medicines provided by the doctor my health deteriorated and I suffered acute problem of IBS. As my health was not improving, I took the decision of discontinuing the programme. As there is no refund policy, therefore, I was told that the only way was to get the weeks transferred to some client referred by me.

Considering this,I referred one of my friend Ruchi, who visited the clinic on 4/3/2018 so that weeks could be transferred in her name. But instead of transferring my weeks to Ruchi, the Manager Ms. Alka took the payment of Rs.5000/- for four weeks on the pretext that the amount would be refunded later and asked us to provide account number and email ID. Ms. Ruchi, provided her account no. and email-ID. But to our surprise today we received following mail from the Customer Relation Manager “We do not have a refund policy. We have had a word with the lajpatnagar centre to work out options for you. Also the clusterhead in delhi can be reached out for more clarifications and options to work this out best for you.” Sheetal Bhisey Customer Relations Manager Health Total is a reputed Centre, considering this we took the plan, but now we are feeling duped. It is requested that needful action may please be taken to refund our hard earned money.
