HealthGenie Sold Defective Product

Dear Team,

I have activated the warranty of the product and sent images (as discussed over call) but have not received any reply from your end. I have made calls couple of times but your call is also not picked. It has been a week now after the conversation. So kindly look into the matter and process further.

Dear Team,

This is very disappointing that the team has not even answered to any calls or have replied to any mails. I had a discussion on 27 June with Anil Chauhan and he promised a replacement of my product. I was promised that I would get quick response after I send the defect images to you. I had sent the product defect images on 27 June 2016 and it has been 15 days since I have not received any replies to it. Look into the details and I want a quick response to my mail or a call to address the concern.

Provide me an alternate number where I can speak to someone senior because the number provided is a false one and never picked.
