Mr. Manoj Pandey from Ashutosh Kitchen Appliances & Water Solutions collected Rs 600/- vide Cheque No. 609898 dated 13/9/2012 drawn on State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur (cleared on 17/9/2012) as one year advance payment against 5 services for Heatkraft Electric Chimney on 13/9/2012. He issued Bill No. 362 against the payment (scanned copy attached herewith). Since then he did not turn up for service at all. Upon repeated phone calls/ SMS at 9929127566, he assured to visit in next few days citing one or the other excuses, but never fulfilled his commitment in past one year. It has been observed that his intention was wrong since beginning. Upon informing him in phone call dated 31/08/2013 that a fraud case now deemed fit against him, he said that he would refund the advance amount, but that too he did not do despite Reminders. On further phone call dated 24/10/2013, he challenged us to do whatever we can, and that he would not refund even the advance also. This is a clear case of Cheating/ fraud under Consumer Protection act and is liable for action in accordance with law.

Already Paid for all follow -up phone calls/ SMS till now without any result. Severe Mental & Physical harassment on account of this Cheating/ fraud till now.

Seek action in accordance with law against this Cheater/ Fraudster towards maximum Punishment
