Dear Sir, Sub : Replacement of Hero Xtreme bike I Bhushan Dukhande have purchased brand new Hero Xtreme bike from your dealership Autolink SSP, Borivli, Code no.11300. Vehicle delivery taken on 04.07.2014. Vehicle details are as follows: Brand Name of the vehicle : CBZ XTREME Chassis number : MBLKC12EHDGA03193 Engine number/motor number : KC12EEDGA04245 Shocking to know that I have booked the bike in June 2014 and got the delivery of bike which manufactured in 2013 and that also bike has not been satisfactory because of the following problems 1. Chassis : Rust 2. Engine : colour problem 3. Handle bar : colour problem 4. Petrol Tank : colour problem 5. Right side panel : scratches 6. Tail light bracket : Rust 7. Leg guard : scratches 8. Back side foot race : scratches 9. Mud guard : scratches 10. Leg side black panel : scratches 11. Front disk brake oil box : colour problem Your dealer has inspected my bike and agreed to fix the problems except to replacement of the bike. I am disappointed and surprise to know such problems to the vehicle of the Company like Hero MotorCorp. I would appreciate if you could organize to replace the bike, I rely on my bike for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem also caused me to incur additional cost.
