Tikona Broadband Bill Generated after Disconnection

Daer sir, This is about the Tikona Internet Service Provider. Tikona Broadband User-ID : 1109085815 I got Tikona Internet fixed at my home, and at that time I paid 3 months advance along with the installation fee’s. I was paying my monthly bill in advance as it was prepaid.When, I need to close my account because my laptop was damaged month of may 14 & Call to Costumer care of tikona submit a request for disconnection on Date 19,20-may 2014.But, Tikona customer care called and informed me to keep continue with this connection and tikona internet service as they can safe custody the connection after repair your laptop you will continue.So, I agreed.After, that my laptop not repaired so i again disconnect request drop a mail to tikona care i.e. 20/aug/2014, When the Full and Final Settlement came, they have informed me that as my Usage is found till 19-Sep-2014 which is in billing cycle of 24-apr to 25-may. So, I paid already complete month amount including late month charges which is total, I was paying my all bills in advance. So, all the billing till 25th may was cleared by me in advance. a) Why should I need to pay for complete month, when already my connection was disconnected on 19-may Even, though if the usage was there till 25th may, I am ready to pay for that for extended 4 days. But, Why I should pay for complete month when my connection was already disconnected on 19th May. Why should I pay for the days for which I have not used it.
