Policy No: 000274062 Agent Soma Dey came to my house with a proposal for insurance single premium and high return.She wanted me to name a nominee. When I received the policy it is not a single premium policy and the policy holder is a fictitious name. I immediately wrote to their office at Gurgaon about the gross error, filling gaps with wrong data and forged signature.Though I complained within the look-up period I am yet to get refund.

I want to get refund of Rs. 20000 plus interest plus compensation for the harassment. I am senior citizen (above 80)and for me it is ridiculous to issue a long term policy. The amount may be paid to my account from which I paid the premium.
