Short facts of the case are that the I purchased a HEROHONDA PASSION PRO-10 Bike from PIONEER ENTERPRENEURS PVT. LTD.IN MAY 2010 and i was driving bike in Pashchim Vihar, Delhi, one of police man stopped me for checking the documents. I have provided all the documents but police man had found the Chasis Number on my RC is differ from bike Chasis number. At that time i have shown all the documents to police man and had a call with showroom manager Mr. Asloob for this. Police man also had discussed with him and warn the showroom manager to do the things correct as sooon as possible. I therefore approached PIONEER ENTERPRENEURS PVT. LTD. by 3rd Dec. 2010, the PIONEER ENTERPRENEURS PVT. LTD. found my complaint true and for the making this correct he asked 2 month time from the day of complaint and I have received a written receiving for submission of my original RC to correct the Chasis No. I had called many times but there was no response from showroom. I have spent the whole year, but the correction was not done. So i have submitted a notice on 20th Sep. 2012 for this and have not received any reply from PIONEER ENTERPRENEURS PVT. LTD. Then On 08.10.2012 for the 2nd time again i had submitted REMINDER to reply for cause Why the correction waas not done? but yet had not received any reply form PIONEER ENTERPRENEURS PVT. LTD.

I want to take action against the fraud done with me and for the same file a case in District Forum with a prayer that Mr Asloob from PIONEER ENTERPRENEURS PVT. LTD. be directed to replace the bike and to pay an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- and Rs.11,000/- towards litigation costs to me.
