Herohonda – dealer not giving warranty and blame to company

i had purchased hero maestro from raja motors on 18/8/13 in 5 years warranty now after six months rim starts rusting and pillion paint peeling off self. on 19/1/14 second service i told raja motors executive to provide me warranty of the parts,but dealer not giving me response and said leave an application we will call you and saying warranty would be final by hero motocorp executive. i had purchased hero maestro from raja motors on 18/8/13 in 5 years warranty now after six months rim starts rusting and pillion paint peeling off self. on 19/1/14 second service i told raja motors executive to provide me warranty of the parts,but dealer not giving me response and said leave an application we will call you and saying warranty would be final by hero motocorp executive.

i want my parts to be covered in warranty because it is process failure,or parts faliure
