I had taken a reliance netconnect number 9015407110 for my personal internet use from Reliance web world outlet , Preet Vihar, New Delhi. After 4 months the internet services became very poor (network issue, speed issue) and I had made many complain ever I requested to close my services but I got a call from reliance use this number one month we will resolve you issue, but after one month issue didn’t resolve, then finally I went to reliance outlet and requested to closed my services and they closed my services with total outstanding due, I paid all due and closed. After that they didn’t discontinue and generated bill for 2 month, again I contact with customer card even the told me you need not to pay this and we be reverse it, But after 3 month I got a call from Reliance Advocate, you have outstanding payment on this number and if you will not pay we are going to file in court or else pay it today. So I take leave from office a made payment at Reliance web world. I want my payment back with extra compensation.
